Policies

  1. I request 24 hours notice per hour of massage for cancellation anything less is responsible for the appointment cost.


  2. Insurance clients are responsible for the session cost. I am happy to bill insurance, but you are ultimately responsible for the bill.


  3. Insurance clients are responsible for the session cost if they no show (Insurance Does not pay for you to not show up).


  4. In the instance that you are late for an appointment you will be charged the amount of the session and given the balance of the hour.


  5. This being said "Real emergencies are understandable and will be accommodated."
